Payment and cancellation conditions When booking, a deposit of 20% of the total price is due; the remaining amount must be paid at least three days before arrival. Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation in the 30 days prior to arrival, the guest pays an amount equal to the total price. If the guest does not arrive, he pays an amount equal to the total price. If the guest does not meet the payment deadlines, the landlord can cancel the accommodation contract. In this case, compensation for the guest is excluded. Payments are made either by bank transfer or via PAYPAL. Cash payments on site are only possible in exceptional cases; this must be agreed beforehand. A deposit and tourist tax are not charged.
